✅ Am I Eligible for a Return?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery as long as:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• Tags and packaging are intact

• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Final sale, personalized, or clearance items may not be eligible.

• Standard Returns: Must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

• Refund Time: Refunds usually appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

💵 How Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• If paid by credit/debit card – refunded back to the same card

• If paid by gift card – refunded as store credit

• If paid via PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account
