To be eligible:

It has not yet been packed or shipped

You placed the order within the past 2 hours
After your order ships, cancellations are no longer possible — but you may still be eligible for a return once received.

If your order is still processing, click Cancel Order

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is successful
If you don’t see a cancel option, contact us immediately — we may still be able to help if the order hasn’t shipped.
💳 When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 2–3 business days

It may take up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method
🚚 Already Shipped?
If your order has already shipped, we recommend waiting for delivery and then initiating a return through our Returns Portal. Standard return policies will apply.
